Our firm handles all aspects of commercial real estate transactions entered into by individuals, corporations, developers, financiers and other commercial enterprises. We deal with negotiations of the terms of Offers to Purchase and Agreements of Purchase and Sale, and matters relating to the financing of such transactions. We act for real estate developers with respect to subdivisions, development, construction tendering, condominium transactions, joint ventures and sales and purchases of farm land.
