Profile

Faron's practice covers exclusively civil litigation with a focus on commercial and securities litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba and has appeared in the Federal court. Faron has extensive experience in administrative and regulatory proceedings, as counsel for members of professional organizations, as well as for professional bodies. He has acted as a nominee on labour and employment matters. In the past, Faron has been a guest lecturer at The Law Society of Manitoba, and updates course materials for the CPLED program for articling students. Faron is involved with the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association, and is the former Manitoba Director. Areas of experience include commercial litigation, securities litigation, insurance litigation, professional liability and professional discipline, administrative law, and regulatory matters.
