Our office will be closed on Thursday, September 30, 2021 in honour of the first National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. This is a new statutory holiday approved for all federally regulated workplaces. The day was chosen to coincide with Orange Shirt Day, and is to be set aside to create a chance for Canadians to educate and remind themselves about the history of residential schools and reflect on and commemorate the survivors, their families and their communities.
